Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using the FINSA monetization portal, operated by FINSA Technologies Oy ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You may not use the Service if we have previously banned you or if the law where you live forbids it.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you register with, for keeping your password secret, and for everything that happens under your account. One person may hold one account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. What the Service does
The Service lets you browse monetization offers published by us or by third-party brands, take up an offer, and receive an affiliate link for it. If you promote that link and it produces qualifying sales, you earn commission, from which we deduct our fee. We may add, change, or withdraw features at any time.
5. Commission and earnings
Commission is credited only once the brand confirms the sale as valid. Rates, and the fee we deduct, are shown on each offer. Earnings may be withheld or reversed if a sale is refunded, charged back, duplicated, or reported as fraudulent by the brand. You are responsible for disclosing paid promotion wherever the law or the platform you publish on requires it.
6. Payouts and fees
Payouts are made through the methods listed in your account once your balance reaches the stated minimum. Processing times, fees, and currency conversion are described at the point of withdrawal. You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use bots, emulators, VPNs to misrepresent your location, multiple accounts, self-referred or falsified sales, cookie stuffing, bidding on the brand's trademarks, or any other method intended to claim commission you did not genuinely earn. You may not interfere with the Service, scrape it, or attempt to access other users' data.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, its content, and its branding belong to us or our licensors. You get a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for its intended purpose and nothing more.
9. Third-party offers and links
Offers are supplied by third parties who set their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they do. Read their terms before taking part.
10. Suspension and closure
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account, and withhold an unpaid balance, if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken. Where the law requires it, we will tell you why.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular offer will be available or will pay out.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to [amount or the total paid to you in the last 12 months]. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
13. Indemnity
You agree to cover our losses arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these terms.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will give notice in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland and the European Union, and disputes go to the courts of Finland. If you are a consumer, you keep the right to bring a claim in your country of residence.
