Customers who start next year pay the regular list prices.
We don't store conversations. A conversation exists only in the visitor's browser memory and disappears when the tab is closed — it is never written to our database or to a log file. Read section 5: The chatbot
You only see what a bot is worth once it is answering your real customers on your own website — no price list can tell you that. Hence the trial: I build and install the bot, and after a month the answers and the enquiries in your inbox tell you whether it was worth it. If it wasn't, that's the end of it.
Prices exclude VAT. If a package almost fits what you need, but not quite, ask — small differences are no problem.
Questions about the price
- How much does a chatbot cost per month?
- The monthly fee covers maintenance, running costs and small changes to the bot's content. The decision-tree bot is cheaper per month, because it has no per-question cost. The price of each is in the price list, and custom solutions are agreed separately before any development starts.
- What happens after the trial?
- Nothing, automatically. The trial doesn't roll over into an invoice or turn into a subscription by itself — at the end of the month I ask whether we carry on, and if you don't want to, I take the bot off your website and charge nothing for the installation. If we carry on, the prices in the price list apply, and the bot doesn't need rebuilding — the same bot carries on from where the trial left off.
- How long does it take to build a bot?
- A standard decision-tree bot or AI chatbot is live within a few weeks of us going through what it needs to do. Builds with integrations take longer, and I agree the schedule with you as part of the quote.
